I went simple, if you zoom the pic, you will see a three inch piece of tubing welded to the top rim of the cart, it has a four inch tab hanging down with three holes drilled in it,
...I put a three eighths bolt and a wing nut on it then slid the drum in place and welded the drum to the hex end of the bolt.
Now when I change to the thirty gallon, I'll weld a bolt to that one too.
