Before Hand I cooked a couple of Smoked Sausages from the local Butcher shop....

Next Day Got the Creamy Parm Risotto Going, and Tenderloin sitting out ready to go on grill

Getting ready to go on grill-temp on BGE is steady at 450

Cooked for 10 Minutes at 450 on one side then flipped and closed vents(cooked on cast iron grate)

after another 6 minutes w/ vents closed tenderloin is done took it off at 150 internal temp wrapped in foil, warm towes and put in igloo! Waiting on Risotto
