First Comp Prescott BBQ Days

I'm leaving tomorrow my first comp ever and I'm pumped up about it.
The C of C here has shown an interest in putting an event on in Bisbee and the Sun Up Rotary in Prescott (one of the event sponsors) has graciously allowed us to come watch and learn how they organize the event. On top of that I get to, as I understand it, "help" one of the teams with pork butt and brisket. It's an IBCA sanctioned event and should be a great time.
If any of you area Brethren have some free time over the week end, come on out to Prescott and say HI. I'll be at the AZ Barbeque booth if all goes as planned.

Hey Kim,

We look forward to seeing you up there. Have fun and soak it all in....you're going to have a great time. I'm sure Mike is elated to have you on his squad.

Oh yeah, and when you stop by R&Q's cook-site....take notes....very detailed notes. Those two are really good at what they do.
