^^^ this guy has been around, and that's a good suggestion!
Mine would include a steamer and ginger,garlic, chili and black beans so you got off lightly!
BBQ ribs are great, but NOT the most delicious way to do them.

Salt and pepper with some garlic powder dusted and then some hickory chunks for smoke :clap:
