Thanks for doing this. I did this with my WSM to see where the hot spots were. I am currently looking at getting a Traeger and the temp differences was a concern.After checking the WSM seeing the edges hot because of air flow was expected. Did you try it without the aluminum foil. I found if not fitted tight to the pans of the WSM it changed the airflow and temps.
