Will be held in the downtown square on Saturday, September12, 2009. Non-sanctioned, 1st year contest. One day only. Catagories include cooks choice chicken, pork spare ribs and pork baby back ribs.
If the contest goes over well, they are going to try and sanction it next year. $50.00 entry fee, all money paid back for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each catagory plus trophies.
If you have been thinking about trying your hand at competition bbq, this will be a good one to attend.
