Passed the jiggle test before it was sliced 
Got a tour of the pits after. Aaron was not here today :'( They gave me a couple of splits of post oak to take back to California. I'll cut them up into chuncks with my chop saw.

I was the first one up and watched him unwrap what looked like a smaller maybe 10-12 lbs. Asked Him to show me the giggle. And I can attest, it does jiggle
Asked for slices from the point, nice bark and it was very tender. Was it the best I ever had, maybe top 5 as I have been to Lockhart on a previous trip.
