Scored a nice piece of pork at my local butcher...this is some good meat!
Ask Brother GTR.:thumb:

For sides I made a smoked tater salad and a sweet n sour smogrilled paprika salad.

Good lookin' grub Phu!! Been thinking of picking up a loin or two...makes for plenty of leftovers for the phamily to heat up quick!

I've been telling people that it sounded like a prono movie when we were eating that pork with everyone grunting and going "mmm" and whatnot. Some seriously great stuPh.

Looks like it was pork roasting on WGA's all over the place this weekend :thumb:
