Just pulled this off the Party! I cannot get over how good it looks, and how quick it cooked. 12.4 pounds took 2 hours at 325!

Color looks great... and yes... 2hours at 325 sounds a bit quick, but as the saying goes.. "Its' done when it's done"

Man o Man, look at the color on that bird. Wonderful. Were you using cherry?
Looks great, bet it tastes great too.

That turkey looks good enough to eat! My brined turkeys always cook much faster than non-brined turkeys.

A chunk of cherry and a chunk of apple. I could not decide so I went with both.

Turkey.....it's not just for thanksgiving anymore:-D
That looks great!

Man that looks fantastic. I gotta do one of those. Just something about buying a turkey in August that don't seem right.

I like that brine recipe and think I will try one sometime soon in prep for thanksgiving.

Looks great!

Lent out smoker this weekend and it should be back tonight. Wish I had a turkey waiting.

That looks awesome!
