buccaneer
somebody shut me the fark up.
Joneseying for some chili but short of time?
This is a solution, but it is my own style so not sweet but spicy belly warming and savory!
2 shallots, diced fine
2 cloves of garlic.same
one large paprika pepper-(bell peppers or any peppers fine)-diced
440g can of kidney beans drained
440gram can of baked beans
440g can of diced Italian tomatoes
5 rashes smoked bacon, diced
Heap teaspoon of these powdered items;
arbol
guajillo
San Antonio
habanero
jalapeno
cumin
Put a tbs of EVOO into a pot and add shallots, stir and let sweat lid on for 5 mins low heat.
Add garlic and paprika, sweat for 5 more minutes or until they are softened.
Add bacon and stir well and turn heat to medium.
Sizzle.
Then turn heat down to simmer and add spices, beans and tomatoes
Stir with a wooden flat bottom tool every 5 minutes so the bottom of the pot doesn't catch and burn.
20-25 minutes later add some frsh oregano and parsley or coriander and serve!
I like mine with some fried bacon, egg and tortilla chips and cheese!
