Default Saturdays Turkey

Hey Brethren.....My buddy Tom02 and I got together this past Saturday to try our first smoked Turkey on the grill. I did a 36 hour Brine with the bird using PatioDaddio's guide. Made up a foil pack of Cherry wood and did an indirect cook at 325. Here is a before and after shot of the bird. I would of taken a few more of it after we are done, but as you see, we had a few drinks while the bird was cooking and my picture taking ability may have been compromised.

Hmmmm......looks like I need to figure this picture attaching thing out....more to follow.
