Default Great Selection with Reasonable Shipping

A group of twenty one BBQ-Brethren had pooled resources and decided to send some rubs to a deployed unit in Afghanistan, who needed some seasonings and sauce for their BBQ.

With some outside input we determined that each cook would use about one pound of rub. we wrestled with the size of the packaging, and decided that one pound packages would be ideal for the recipients with their climate conditions. If we purchased larger packages we could get more rub, however if the rub clumps and hardens, is it really a savings?

I selected thebbqsuperstore.com for some of these items. They had a diverse selection of products in the sizes we wanted at reasonable prices, and the Priority Shipping costs were only $8.95 per order (compared to others who wanted to charge $39.95). This allowed us as a group to put more product into the package and pay much less in shipping costs.

A big Thank You goes out to Mark from The BBQ Superstore ( http://thebbqsuperstore.com ), Mark was kind enough to communicate with me in a most effective manner. Mark was also very accommodating in my special requests of extra cardboard to strengthen the boxes, extra padding, and bubble wrap. I also asked Mark to ship the sauce separate from the rubs so that in case of leakage, then only the liquid items would be lost. Mark was not only accommodating to our special shipping requests, but he was more than kind to us by keeping the Priority Shipping at only $8.95 for each large package (less than actual costs).

Thank You Mark for all you have done to assist us in getting BBQ items to our Brethren in harms way.

A great selection of products at reasonable prices.

If you are looking to stock up on items for the spring BBQ season, this is where you should start.
