First real cook on the Backwoods Fatboy

I fired up the FatBoy today and tried a few different things. I'm really pleased with how thing turned out.

I did a rack of spares and a couple of pork tenderloins. The neighbor brought over a couple of racks of baby backs since I've got the capacity now!
