Just made pulled chuckie tacos for my wifes birthday. First time making chuck and it was awesome. Just salt pepper and taco seasoning. Cubed after two hours and placed in a pan with some beer. It was awesome. Unfortunately I'm not much for pictures but it was definitely a meal we will be eating again.
