Just did some legs and thighs today. Cooked them at 350 or a little better for 13 minutes a side, pulled em at around 30 min. checked temp, was at 180 and juicy as all get out, the skin was bite through also.. I used one piece of seasoned cherry wood
nine inches long by about two inches thick for the smoke.
