My First Turn Ins
Here are pictures of my first comp turn ins. Please let me know what you think and what I can do better at. I will post the scores later. I didn't get one of the brisket, I think I was just glad I got everything in on time and sort of fell flat on my face.
Personally, I know the ribs could be cut better, more practice on that, and probably a lighter coat of sauce on the pulled pork. Just my 2 cents.

nice looking boxes if you ask me..the rib layout could neatened up slightly if i HAD to find something to nitpick about though
