Cooked a butt on the mini and some moinks on the performer.

South Shall Rub Again on an 8.5 lb butt.

Monks with some plowboys bovine bold:

Ready to serve the neighbors:

Some local micro brews from Lefthand and some Shiner from the lone star state.

Not much left but empty plates, bottles and cans. :yo:

Looks like the butts I see at King Soopers but a slightly different label. You get butts up there with no enhancement?

There are enhanced ( aka Moist and Tender) . Looked at the local meat market and he sells the same kind unfortunately.
