I wanted to smoke something, so I did.

Pitbeef is resting now, and there's a butt still on the XL BGE. I love that this thing doesn't care about the weather so much. 18 degrees, and I'm lovin' it!

Way to go! I am glad I do not live in that cold weather. It sure would be fun once in a while to do a cold weather cook though!

My version is just eye of round, smoked to 120-125, sliced thin. I put some Nando's spicy and sweet Peri-Peri sauce on it this time.

What a trooper. I'd be reheating some freezer pork!. Man effects kinda too artisic for me. Takes me awhile to figure out if i going blind.

I got a couple finished shots...

Pitbeef sandwich, on French country bread, and the pulled pork.... And the sandwich was enjoyed with a Hooky's Bitter.
