I tried ZBQ's rolled/stuffed pork loins tonite
I way overestimated cooking time. I put in on at noon, checked it a 4:00 and the ultra fast, ultra accurate RED thermapen read 206 deg.

Chit was so dry it was inedible. Had on piece, the rest hit the trash. Man I miss the dog.
