Default Saturday Spares on a homemade 250 gal sticker burner

My buddy just finished up his first offset cooker project: a 250 gal beast named "Big Jake". We celebrated by having a bunch of friends over to his place and threw on a ton of food to test Big Jake out. My part was handling 3 racks of spares. One was rubbed down with Simply Marvelous Apple, one with SM Sweet Seduction and the last one with Dizzy Dust Course Grind. An hour before hitting the cooker I coated them heavy with brown sugar. They turned out great. I've got pics below and also a video review of Josh's offset over at my blog if you'd like to check it out:

Thanks for looking and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
