Smoked a couple leg quarters glazed with a spicy apricot glaze on the Mini UDS. It's perfect for small smokes. :-D

Just me and the wife. Besides if I only cook 2 it gives me a reason to do another smoke real soon.:wink:

Nothin wrong with those, they fit on the mini just fine!
 
Hmmmm Those look yummmyyyy! Cooked at 275*. How was the skin? Bite thru, crispy? Just curious.

Bite through.:-D I usually smoke chicken at an higher temp ( 325*--350* )
