OK, this one was for a throwdown but it's good enough for it's own thread...
It began with:

1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tbs soy
3 tbs honey
1 tbs turbinado
2 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp cayenne
