Hey yall.. I am cancri, pretty new to the idea of doing my own BBQ and smoking.. I used to live in Kansas City so I never had to do my own... (yeah I shoulda learned) but now living on the gulf coast of florida I miss good BBQ and I really miss smoked things in general. I really look forward to learning from you all...The only thing I asked for this Christmas was an electric smoker... the wife came through..i would love an egg style cooker but they are a bit out of my price range at the moment. so I will make do with what I have.
