It has been a busy few weeks with little opportunity to BBQ. I started the UDS five minutes after it stopped raining. I have some spare ribs, my first spatchcocked chicken and a dozen ABTs to go on with a mix of pecan and apple chunks with Royal Oak lump.

Thanks Toast...I have a great little boy and every day is a blessing! The food was very good and enjoyed sharing it with my In-laws.

Those ABT's look awesome. What type of peppers was they and how long in length?

Murray...they were slightly over 3" jalapeños. Very tasty, just a bit of a bite!
