Is this cheaper then buying butter? Lets assume $3/lb. Just curious. If its really this easy, what makes "good butter" better then store bought?

I have never had butter made from store bought milk, but without question, if you make it from grass fed cows milk, it tastes better than store butter, or at least the stuff you buy for $3 a lb. Is it cheaper, I doubt it. That would depend on how much you pay for your milk.

We do this a lot. Usually in a mason jar as well. Best butter you ever had. You will want to eat it with a spoon!

That awesome taste will depend on the amount of wild onions or dandelions is in the grass...
