Knows what a fatty is.
Decided to do a bacon cheeseburger fatty. Made my bacon weave, layed out my hamburger meat, cheese on one side. Applied ed watley's steak shake seasoning, rolled, a little Worcestershire on the outside, wrapped in the weave. On the smoker for about 2.5 hours with hickory and a little apple wood. Came out delicious!
