I'm smoking my first turkey on a Kamado tomorrow. I'd like to do it "Low and Slow" until the thermometer hits 180 - 185.
I was thinking ~250 degrees. That said ... Any help on approximately how long it's going to take 20 pounds of Turkey to get there?
