Monitor Temperature via Wifi

Does anyone make a Temperature Gauge that can monitor meat temperature via Wifi signal?

I know you can buy the wireless type but the range is limited. I know there are some made that you can control the pit with fans, etc via Wifi.

I was just curious if there are any just to monitor the internal temp of meat but not control the heat.
 
I have a pellet pooper so controlling the heat might be a double edged sword. I have a Traeger and it is cooking a little hotter then what the controller is telling me, but if there was a way to install the monitor and utilize the fans for a more accurate cooking temperature I could maybe justify getting it. I just got the Traeger a week ago and still trying to survive the learning curve that I'm in.
 
I have the Maverick unit with two probes. It controls nothing but sends the signal to a handheld unit which I bring in the house. The hand unit has nice alarms for temp off either probe - can set for two meats or one meat and cooker temp.
