My list would include:
- prime rib (or whatever cut of beef corresponds.)
- beef clod. (I'm not sure what it is but I'm pretty sure I want to make it.
- lamb ribs. Done them in the past and I want to have another go.
- venison. Just because. But I don't hunt so I depend on a friend or road kill.
