Just thought I'd post a couple pics.
14lb Butterball, simple S & P rub took just a little under 3 hrs. at 300 - 325 deg. Turkey is not one of my favorites but this did taste pretty good and it will make for some good sandwiches for the next couple days. Thanks for looking.

Looks good to me. What are you going to make with the neck?

Your Weber rotisserie ring fits about as good as mine does. I read that you can shove foil around the edge to make a tighter seal.

You know what, so far I'm ok with it. Using the minon method I have the bottom vents completely closed and the lid vent wide open and it maintains 300 - 325 which is fine for Rotisserie grilling. Used it about a dozen time now and I love it.
