Soo Freakin' JEALOUS!

The only thing that has kept me from getting one is that d@mned $300 price tag - and even that wouldn't stop me IF they started making a 26" One Touch Platty... I'd prolly stab a fella fer one of dem'! Not joking... stabbing, blood, 26" OTP, steak, prison.
 
Thanks all! Did a small Jucy Lucy cook last night just to break him in. Was thrilled to discover stainless steel grates and one-touch blades! Running temp tests today... took some fiddling but think I got it locked in at 240-250. Much easier than on the 22.5.
