What do you use Smokin' Guns Rub on..........both the mild and hot?

The hot is good on just about anything, but it is really good on Brisket.

I had Smokin Guns Hot on Brisket and Butt last weekend and it was great on both.

For a while I was using SGH on all four meats in comps and was successful with it.. Not my personal preference it was good stuff though and for comps the judges seemed to like it.
