Long time lurker, finally decided to sign up.

I have always enjoyed bbq but got bitten by the bug about a year ago. Originally, from Central Coast, CA I grew up on Santa Maria BBQ.

Currently own a Char-broil gasser, Camp Chef DLX pellet and am having a Santa Maria Stand alone built, should be done in about a week. I look forward to learning a lot from the site. Thanks for having me.
