Got some rib eyes ready after the dodger game 9-0 in case you didn't know...:(

Seasoned with webers Chicago steak and dales sauce. Let them get happy for only 20 min. This stuff is strong.

From the thread title I knew it would be you Tony.

Excellent through and through.

One of my favorite songs for sure.

Thank God you put your beautiful wife in those pics!

You guys do such a great job!

Nice.
Must google smashed potatoes as that id fundamentally different to ours!

Quit staring

Come on. Quit staring at the sweat beads on the beers shoulder.
Man, I love beer.

Your 'reports' are an inspiration. I love seeing the ideas you guys come up with.

Quick question, how do you find the orange wood flavour with the beef? Does it have much of an impact?

Reason I ask, is that I chopped down an orange tree recently (8" trunk) and I was debating about keeping the wood, and whether or not to use it in the weber, or just burn it in the fire pit. I've never used citrus wood before, only apple & maple.

It's 7:23am local time, and I could hit that meal right now!

Nice job you two.

I couldn't really taste the smoke from orange die to my marinade. That dales sauce is strong but good. But I have used it to smoke and it's great. I have used it in chicken, pork and beef.
