Many thanks for the information on this site. Went from a gasser smoke to my first UDS. Build, UDS to first fattys, then Sunday feast of 2 rib racks, brisket and sides.

Sunday feast, ABT's, Moinks, ribs, brisket flat (turned out dry), sides:
