somebody shut me the fark up.
It's been forever and a day since i cooked on the BPS drum i felt she needed some love so i brushed off the cob webs and fired her up. I went with some boneless thighs and soaked them in a home made teriyaki sauce overnight.
The Big Poppa is so versatile, i decided to use it in the grill/sear mode going indirect and then sear at the end.
Slow smoked about 275 this cook and on to the searing.
