Halloween Brisket and Butt * Serious Pr0n*

So it's my girlfriends, moms and roomates birthdays on halloween so we had a big BBQ at my parents house to celebrate. I did a 15lbs choice brisket and two 8lbs pork butts along with broccoli salad, mac n cheese, baked beans, etc.

After doing some trimming

Thanks guys! I had some trouble with the UDS in the beginning but it all turned out great.

Some more "in the process pron, I never foil when smoking but I did this time to get them through the stall quicker since we had a deadline for eating haha. I foiled for about 1.5 hours then opened the foil and let it sit in the juice but still develop more bark.

Nope....Just layed it on the grate and let it smoke like usual.

Thanks for all the comments! I cooked a whole extra shoulder and brought it to my mechanic so him and all the other guys could have a good lunch, they loved it!
