In the meantime got to start on the Po Boy. Time to warm up the baguette with clarified butter

And some Mexican onions. Brother Tony does it on most cooks and it just looks so good

Could've done a better job at frying the shrimp but this is what you get when you multitask:-D

Time to put the taco together. Cheese melted on the tortilla before assembly

Thanks for lookin!

I could go for that po boy.

Looks great.

Nice looking poboy. Need to try fish taco's. I hear nothing but good things about them. Tried making corn tortillas with a press and they came out to thick and stuck to the plastic wrap.
Need to find a good recipe, both flour and corn.

Fantastic! Not sure which I'd hit first, it all looks delicious! Well done Sir. :thumb:

Good gosh they both look amazing! Those radishes are essential to munch along with the fish taco.

I don't know what else to say: that is just spectacular.

My mouth actually watered going through your pics! Great job! I know what I'm going to perfect next! Thank you!

Care to share that tortilla recipe?? :-D

I just used my go to pizza recipe and cut into smaller pieces. Typically tortillas are done differently but I wanted to roll with what I know to save some time. Let me know if you want to me post the pizza dough recipe.
