Got some ribs on.

Earlier today I put a couple racks of spares on the smoker. I'm hanging them again based on good results when I hung some back loin ribs. At two hours they were looking pretty good.



Now I'm just watching the TdF on tape delay and waiting for the ribs to finish. I checked about half an hour ago and they still needed some time. (3:10 at the moment.)
