My wife says I have a problem but I like to think of it as a hobby :twitch: My new hillbilly upright has been working spot on but I was still not happy with my air / temp control so I made some mods today that I hope will solve that. I added this 2 inch pipe witha damper to the bottom of her. That ought to let her breath !!

Nice Mod! I too have Wife issues but went deaf around the frequency of Female speech about 25 years ago. ;D
 
Funny you say that she came out today screaming something about no more girls and thought what the heck got into her but I guess I m OK with that. Found out later she said grills and now I gotta decision to make ! There are a few things about her I,m gonna miss LOL!!!!

Oh, yeah!

I gave up caring what my wife thinks about my outside cooking addiction. After all, she's a woman. No one can figure out what a woman is thinking at any given time ; not even another woman. Does that make me a sexist or an excellent observer of human behavior after 27 years of marriage? I don't know and I don't care.

My wife tolerates my addiction. That's good enough for me. I'd die for her in a heart beat but I don't care what she thinks of my BBQ/grilling thang. I'm doing it. I'm going to keep on doing it. That's just the way it is. I'm too old and stuck in my ways to change now.

Sounds like your wife is a keeper too. :-D
 
Curiously, My Gal likes it when I fire up the pit, an' cook, an' drink beer. She's into good Que:cool: She kinda likes my indoor cookin' too. I Think I see a pattern formin'.:tape:

Her palate is sophisticated enough to like My Que, and Craig's BBQ in DeVall's Bluff, over the Rendezvous tourist trap, too.:thumb:

Unfortunately, there are other problems right now,:cry: but BBQ ain't one of 'em.:wink:

Well, she knows I don't have that problem since I'm a cheep bastige who rarely goes to, or bets/plays at a casino - even when I go with her. Seem's like I just don't care about her since I don't I did / didn't do .....and .....:roll::doh::confused:
