26 with 8 ft porch, 2 FEC 100's (Right & Left) will be on porch.

Yes this is an Extreme unit, James and I worked for 18 months to get this engineered to meet the California standards for a specialpurpose modular.
Will keep everyone informed when it gets to california and thru the 3 inspections.
