My local Costco only sells trimmed flats, bigger ones usually about 6 lbs. I have heard the local Wal-Mart sells packers though, have not checked them out yet.

My local Costco, Sams and Walmarts (multiple in the area) only seem to have untrimmed flats. Restraunt Depot is the only place in St. Louis I've seen whole packers. While in Evansville visiting the inlaws their Wally World had whole packers. Go figure.
