Those look nice. I'm starting to give serious thought on just nothing the top of the pot. Will have to see. Beauty of being a stainless pot I can just decide when I make up my mind. My UDS I would have to wait when I built it to make my decision due to painting it all before assembly. Maybe not needed but was my preferred method.
