Stole this recipe from KennyBO7 except I added pulled pork I smoked last night. Mashed taters with pulled pork,bacon and chedder cheese deep fried. Fantastic.

Reminds me of the cuban version of stuffed potatoes with picadillo filling which I love with some hot sauce. They look great, gonna try this for sure.
