Nice job! Those look good....Smoked pears stuffed with a, butter, graham cracker brown sugar, rum, cinnamon, and clove kind of thing works well too.

I'll do my best:

-apples
-rum
-Southern Comfort
-nuts (the ones you prefer)
-sugarcane sugar (?)
-1/5 of apple

I don't know what the measures are converted but I think El. is a tablespoon and cl. is centiliter.

at least i picked the right recipe!

really nice, man. i've got to do that soon.

You like apples? How ya like them apples! (I will be making those, they look so yummy!)

Maybe rough, but here is what i could do with Babelfish...

Preparation:
- Soak ceder planks in water
- Added mix (I assume the mix of nuts/apple/alcohol)
- Wash and core apples, it's easier to slide out the core if cut as a cone
- Place filled apples on the plank
- Preheat grill to 200°C (392*F)
- Grill Apples on the plank for approx. 35 min. at approx. 200°C (392*F).

So how or what kind of flavor difference did the ceder plank impart compared to just laying them on the grate?
Dave
