Smoked Lasagna

Nothing fancy, built a pan of lasagna, smoked it in the Memphis Pro with a hunk of bread.

I do like the way lasagna takes on the smoke though.

I have enough for a midnight snack but am too sleepy to give it a try.

That looks delicious. No ricotta? If not, even better. that is the one thing about lasagna that I am not a fan of. I prefer mozzarella lasagna.
