Location: Carrboro/Hillsborough, NC (just NW of Raleigh)

This is our 3rd year of learning.

We have only done a total of 4 comps to date, and want to do more. We are limited by our funds, and time available to go.

If you want to help out, willing to learn, and just have a good time, let me know, and we will see what we can work out.

I am sponsoring a comp on March 29th and 30th and have only had 2 other teams sign up, so I will be cooking so there will be enough meat to turn in for the people's choice.
