Howdy,

I am Nick Hickson from College Station Tx. I have been skimming this form for some time and decided I needed to jump in. I am a firefighter by trade and BBQ as often as I can. I currently have 2 UDS, 3 webber kettles, and a big custom RK250 from East Texas Smoker Company. I enjoying cooking in IBCA cook-offs around Texas but I am usually not competing but just cooking with other firefighters. I tailgate every Texas A&M home football game. I am currently shopping for ideas for a smaller pit and toy hauler so I can do more competitions since I can only pull one trailer at a time. Sleeping next to a pit and no shower is rough in the summer time (8 months) here in south central Texas. I look forward to meeting everyone.
