Heya, I've just been told about this site... looking forward to learning some tricks.
I'm waiting for my very first smoker to arrive tomorrow, just a cheapie but should be a good starter (pic below).
Already have a whole pig in my freezer, a shoulder curing for some tasty bacon, and a nice fish caught today in the fridge. Any tips on the fish would be appreciated as that's going to be my first attempt!
