So I get my garlic on a sheet pan and move a 25oz+ Tbone into the garlic oil. Punch button on the pellet cooker, bring it to 225* and st down with a cup of coffee. My feet feel a vibration for less than 2 seconds and boom, the house creaked. Magnitude 4.0 earthquake just north of town. I’ve felt them before as there is a fault up north. This one felt hard. Smoke on. Garlic doing its thing, vampires are PO’d shaking the earth. Steak is getting happy in garlic oil.

Wow..at least if you lose power you can plug into your car and still enjoy a fabulous meal.

One thing I really miss on my kettles. If the power goes out, I'm stuck.:tongue:
 
I'm surprised I didn't feel it. The central Ok quakes reach me and you're closer.
